5 Notion Planner Templates for Beginners
From creating an editorial calendar and planning your personal life to keeping track of assignments for school or building a habit tracker to assist in forming a new routine, Notion is fantastic tool for creating planners. Getting started with anything new is always the hardest part, especially if you’re trying something new, so, to help make life easier, we’ve rounded up the best Notion planner templates right here.
Weekly Agenda
Our favorite take on an all-encompassing Notion planner, this Weekly Agenda fuses your weekly tasks and milestones, and notes to match, with a habit tracker and space for reflections at the end of the week. The best way to describe it is as a digital version of the Weekly Planner Pads you can buy on Amazon that sit on your desk — but, being digital, and because Notion syncs across devices, you can take this anywhere with you.
Daily Planner
Created by YouTuber Mickey Mellen, this Daily Planner lets you keep track of all of your tasks, appointments and meetings in one place. There’s even a built-in journal for noting your conclusions at the end of the day. It’s similar to the Weekly Agenda, but instead of looking at a seven-day view, you’re creating a new Page for each day, so it’s not ideal for viewing your entire week and trying to figure out how tasks fit together.
Household Chores
A different Notion planner in nature, this one is specific to House Hold chores. The way it works is simple: You list all of your tasks, how often they need to be done, the last time you did them, how often you need to do them, and the rooms they need to be done in, and it will let you know when you next need to do it. Best of all, it can be configured to send reminders when chores are due using the Notion API.
Grocery List
Planner is a broad term that can be applied to just about anything you’re planning, including household chores and groceries. For the latter, this Grocery List is king. Start the list on your tablet in the kitchen, add to it on your laptop in bed, and cross the items off as you pick them up in the store on your phone. It’s broken into categories so you know where to look in the store — no more bouncing from isle to isle.
Brain Nudge List
One of our favorite takes on a Notion planner, the Brain Nudge List is a platform to catalog all your various to-do list items in one place, chores to do around the house, items to replenish, people to contact, tasks to complete, and everything in between. It’s the perfect planner for people wanting to work through things at their own convenience over the course of a week or month instead of mapping out each day.
